clutch pedal issue
I have been feeling a little bit of a sticky clutch when I put in gear and let off the clutch. It wasn't something too bad... but I searched and found out cleaning the ball joint of the master cylinder and regrease it.
I've done that twice, and also changed my clutch fluid with Racing Blue (is this the right name? haha)
However,,, I could still feel a little bit of stcikiness right before I completely let off the pedal. I would say 1/3 way of my foot completely being off from the pedal.
Also, when I put in gear adn let my foot off, expecially in 1st gear, I can feel the spring so strong that it pops up.
I remember someone on this forum saying something about greasing the pedal.
I hvae not done this and don't know where to do this. Is there a DIY with pictuers?
and would this help?
It;s been distracting me lately so I need your help.. any help is appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

You need to put a small amount of high temp grease on the transmission input shaft where the clutch disc slides and on the surface of where the throw out bearing engages the pressure plate spring fingers. It's not easy to get in there to apply grease and you'll need to use a "stick" to do it. There was a TSB on this some years ago.
There are two symptoms of this issue. One is what you describe and the other is hearing/feeling the transmission thump when you press the clutch in and put it in gear. If you push in the clutch and wait long enough the second sympton usually does not happen.
