Default Clutch PP recomendations

Hi guys,

I’m replacing my clutch and want to get a non OEM pressure plate to handle future turbo/supercharging. imp going to stick with OEM on the bearings and disk. I know everyone likes ACT PP but for $400 bucks I can’t afford that. I don’t want to race the car on the track but I do want to be able to handle engine mods later on of about 350HP.

I was thinking of getting an XTD PP which I read is pretty good, although I read also their clutch disks and bearings suck on stage 1 and 2 models but solid on stage 3 and 4.

Is the XTD PP the same on all their stage clutches?? Anyone have any ideas on what PP I should get other than ACT??

Thanks a lot guys!!

Yeah thanks i read similiar, but only read complaints about the clutch disk failing on the stage 1 and 2 clutches. I just sent a PM to the Competition Clutch people on the forum here to see if they have a PP for me. Seems everyone likes the Competition Clutches here..

ACT pressure plate is the only way to go.
