Clutch Problem.
I have a 2004 S2000 and yesterday it was quite stuff to get into gear and this morning it was a struggle to get it into gear. I found that once I was driving it became easier to change gear. Whenever I am stationary it's hard to get it in gear. Do I need a new clutch? If so how much am I looking at paying?

Check other cheaper stuff first, check the master and slave cylinders. Clutch fluid level, bleed the line, change tranny fluid. See if that helps.

How about mounts motor diff transmission.

Sometimes the clutch master cylinder could be leaking and you'll lose all your fluid. I would double check your master cylinder. Fluid could be gone in six months, easy.

I've looked at the clutch master cylinder and it looks it has been leaking. I topped it back up with fluid and it did make a difference. I've cleaned it all up so I can see where the leak is coming from then but what I need to fix it. I hope that will solve the problem. Thanks for everyone's help.
