Clutch pushrod length & throw - UPDATE - FIXED!

I know this thread is old but im having this exact problem. I dont understand how you can mess up installing the fork. The bearing had a lobe on one side and the fork slips on. Yet my clutch rod is extended all the way and i still have atleast 1/4" of play. There is no air in the system
