Clutch rattle
We're not talking about chatter, I'm talking about when the clutch is fully engaged you can feel the springs inside the disc compressing and decompressing. I don't know what causes it but after I get out of my neighborhood its gone, kind of strange.
Street ruler, the clutch is engaged when the clutch pedal is released. Disengaged is when the clutch is depressed. Chatter can be the result of an uneven flywheel, disc, or it can be caused by a burnt flywheel or glazed clutch disc.

Anime, whats the news? Are you going to take the car back to the shop and see if they can find the problem? Sounds like they did something wrong. The clutch is a beyotch, thats why you make sure everything is perfect before putting the car back together. Honda says 7 hours.
i do most of the work I can myself. Unfortunately, installing a clutch, rebuilding a diff and replacing the transmission is a little beyond my shadetree mechanic pay grade. Not that I think i COULDN'T do it, but I don't have the tools or experience.
For example, I adjusted the clutch engagement point tonight so it's not so near the floor. It didn't make a difference in terms of noise or behavior, but it was satisfying nonetheless. This weekend I helped at a maintenance/mod day, changing a member's pads and rotors, replacing my TCT and axle nuts...

Yes that's the kit I'm reffering to. There should be no added noise at all. I'd go around with a wrench and look for a loose bolt, maybe you'll get lucky.
xb1...The Competition Clutches unit is your problem.
I've done 25 or so HTG clutches, always with rave results. 26 if you count tonights
I've done 2 Competition Clutchs units. Both had real bad decel buzz, even worse than the worst year 2000 s2k could produce.
NEVER again.
