Ok my plans for the car so far is to just add a few bolt on parts to get some Hp, I know that most parts either rob or do not show a significant increase save supercharger, turbo, or nitrous. I would eventually like to just squeeze as much NA power as possible. If I can get an extra 10-15 hp from baseline I would be content for the time being. And as far the limitations on the stock clutch I haven't really notice anything too bad, But I know it could be better. I just want to make the right decision on a set up that will be easy for everyday driving and can jump into action when needed.

for a clutch, i was thinking about a Clutchmasters stage 3 clutch (FX300) and as far as an NA build goes, stroker kit and good tuning along with intake and exhaust should be pretty punchy. (That is what i am currently considering)

Clutchmasters makes a sketchy product for the S2000. I ordered a clutch from them and it came with a used OEM pressure plate. The metal friction surface on the PP had a rough machined finish that would have torn up the clutch disk. S2000 clutches are supposed to come with a new OEM PP (usually with upgraded leafs) with a perfectly smooth friction plate.

I'd say OEM.. I just replaced my clutch at 100k after completely driving the crap out of my car and it still had life. It never slipped on me once. Why degrade the car by getting rid of something that's proven and working fine for some sketchy aftermarket product? Unless you have a very specific reason for upgrading, don't do it.

And ditto on the AP1 flywheel. Engine feels more responsive

How hard did you drive it? Any racing or drifting?

+1 SOS stage one
or
+1 OEM with AP1 flywheel

I personally have the SOS twin carbon. Truly depends on your driving style and or plans for future mods. Good luck!

You don't need anything more than the stock one.

i had 2 Clutchmasters clutches and flywheel on both my gsrs before i got my AP2. They were great clutches (i picked them up from CM directly). they are somewhat pricey now, but i would definitely buy again or centerforce (pedal might be too hard for daily). I had an issue from improper install (never allowing someone to work on my stuff again...) on one of the clutches about 20k miles after install (the stg3 friction material looked great and i tracked it a few times too). CM replaced the whole thing for free when i brought it back (i did all the labor).

Sketchy.

The retailer gave me a full refund through CM. I bought an ACT and I like it. Next time I will get a SOS just to try it out. I was excited about getting a CM Stage 3 because of the Kevlar friction material, but I was disappointed with what I received. Maybe they make better parts for the B series.
