I'm not at that point yet, but when my clutch does finally wear out I'll be upgrading the entire setup. Even if I were going to keep the system stock I'd still replace the pressure plate, given the difficulty of the task. I may just be overly cautious though.

Has anyone done a clutch job and just replaced the disk and bearing?
Any issues afterward?
