Default clutch weird

ok here what happen. i woke up this morning warm up the car for about 5 min then drive the car 8 miles, then i realized something is not right my clutch is not gripping, run so smooth and my clutch is so soft to press. so i tried to hit vtec and after 7k i didnt feel anything it seems like it only revs so high that it didnt move the car fast enough. i tried everything what you guys have said in the thread do some engine brake i tried no grip. i only have 32k and its an 04 i hit vtec at least 1 or twice a month and thats it, i drive like a grandma so anyone can suggest why all of a sudden the next day i drove my car it feels like shit, i was just wondering cause it was fine the day before, my clutch was gripping so hard that doing engine breking is no problem now , i cant even do it anymore

thanks

Did you remove the delay valve in the slave cylinder? If not....it is very possible your clutch has had it.

If you clutch is shot, removing the delay will help nothing. But it will help with the next clutch.

Have you checked the master cylinder for proper fluid level? You could have someone press clutch pedal and watch action of slave cylinder at the bellhousing. Might even be a leak in the hydraulics.

Not very likely that a clutch master is leaking on a MY04. If it is, you might wind up with brake fluid on the carpet near the clutch pedal.

wow i never tried to remove it... anyways everyday it seems to get worst, shifting from 1st to 6th, its so smooth that you cant feel the car accelerate it seems like its an automatic. i just want to know if its normal wear for an 04 and it has 31000 with once or twice vtec a month....
