Axles.

 

Ford 9" or 8" with Porsche 930 CVs. A toyta pickup V6 8" would work great too.

With 800HP this is gonna be a drag car right? Might as well do it right.
9" Ford
Get rid of the independent suspension and get a solid axel setup
Might as well convert it to an automatic also.

 

Thanks for the info guys as it turns out I am going to backhalf and do a 9" and A.C.T. is in the process of building a clutch that will be up to the task.As for the sceptics, the Wright brothers were told they would never fly and low and behold weve got tons of sheet metal floating in the sky.Give me three months, Thanks James @ Race Related

 

Star has a stage 5 or 6 clutch which is supposed to hold this much power, a relatively new product from them.
