Default diff. fluid.

What to use? I did a search and perhaps the answer was in front of my face and I just didn't realize. Should I use Honda MTF?

I'm changing my fluids to synthetic across the board.

* engine - Mobil 1 / 10W-30,
* trans. - Mobil 1 / 75w-90(gl-5),
* Diff. - Honda mtf ??????, what is the proper weight (my local source would be Auto Zone, Pep boys and Napa).

I drive the car regularly 150 miles a week in traffic and hard on the weekends. I can expect to see temperatures in the high 80

It seems you have your fluids mixed up. Please read the link that Schatten gave you before you go dumping those oils into your car.
"MTF" stands for "manual transmission fluid" and goes into your tranny.
The gl-5 goes into your diff.
If you get these 2 mixed up ................... "BIG OWIE!"
