when i had my 03, i did this once up in chicago. it was pretty cold. started it up, a couple seconds later, just died, started up again, everything was fine. havent had this yet with my 06, but if its cold enough, once i crank the engine, some of the lights on the dash will flicker, but if its not that cold this never happens. guess this car can do some wierd things in some wierd weather.

 

MY02 has the same problems ONLY, when I park outside. However, the weather here is not even close to what you fellas have! About 50-60 in the mornings. DAMN that's cold for us Californians! My balls feel like they are gonna shatter in the mornings! I can only imagine what life would be like in a place like PA or something, I would probably DIE of frost bite!
