Default Compression test oddities?

So I did a compression test, and apart from the adapter STILL BEING STUCK IN THE SPARK PLUG HOLE (been working on that for the past 4 hours, thanks Bosch) my compression test seems weird.

I got the exact same reading, in every cylinder, all 3 tries.

210 all the way around. Is my test flawed, or is my engine just really bang on?

CYL 1 - 210,210,210
CYL 2 - 210,210,210
CYL 3 - 210,210,210
CYL 4 - 210,210,210

Car is located in Colorado, so the compression seems right for the altitude, just seems odd to get perfect 10s across the board.

do you own another car? Would be quick and easy to test on a different car and if your still getting 210s then something is broken in the gauge.

I do not, but I am having a hell of a time getting this fitting out anyway. Now lost two pieces that are stuck in the spark plug hole, so I no longer have the gauge either. Damn it Bosch! EDIT: Got it out with red loctite.

ANYWAY! So -- 210s all around is odd? I cranked it until it pegged the gauge, every time it landed on 210.

Agree with Steeler, you need to verify that the gauge is ok. Own a motorcycle? Gas lawn mower? Anything, to check the gauge?

Maybe, a friend's car. I duct tape the adapters together to avoid leaving pieces behind.

Well I totally broke the damn thing getting it out, so I'll post up an update as soon as I get a new one.

The way pressure gauges work there may be something jammed on the other side of the bourdon tube inside the gauge mechanism preventing it from exceeding that point on the dial. Hooking it up to another vehicle, lawnmower etc probably wont help you. I would just use a different gauge. 210 x 12 times is very fishy.
