Default Constant Turbo Tuning

I guess this is a general question to the turbo s2k's out there. Those of you out there running a piggy back (ie. Emanage) on your turbo cars, how often do you have to tune the car? I've spent 13 hours on a dyno and we left with a really good tune. Drove the car for 20 minutes, and it ran fine. Dyno'd 270whp and 181 trq at 4.8 psi with a 11.5 A/F.

Pulled the battery cable accidentally, and I guess this cleared the ecu memory. It drove a little worse after that, so the next day, had the wideband re-connected and went back for street tuning/checking A/F. For the most part, everything was ok. Pulled the back-up fuse and continued to drive the car just to make sure that the constant clearing of the ECU would keep the car consistent, which the car showed at the time. That was last thursday and friday. Since Sunday, the car has just been going downhill with driveability. Today was the worst with some major bucking/bogging (probably running rich) and what I can only describe as the car refusing to go into boost. It may be the ECU pulling timing, but I don't want to go more than half throttle b/c I don't have any idea if the car is leaning out. I'm guessing that the ecu is trying to tune out the emanage? Is this normal with any one else?

Hey Jason, do you know what type of dyno your tuning was done on?

This doesn't really sound like a piggy-back problem to me. From the severity of the bucking and bogging you described I just don't think it's just the ECU learning / correcting the eManage air flow rates. If clearing it again fixes the problems right away then I guess that would tell you. What's the status on your new turbo? I'm not sure I'd be driving around on the one you have now.
