Default Convertable Top Trouble

Hey,
Have any of you guys had trouble with your top going down all the way? I have an 02 with only 13000 miles and I am having trouble with the top. It goes down almost all the way but leaves about 6" or so above the back. If I put it up and down about 5 times one of them will usually go down all the way. I have inspected the top and there is nothing wrong.

Any ideas? Anyone else having this problem?

Thanks!!!

sounds like its time for the dealer before it turns from an annoyance to a problem

Mine does this whenever it's cold out. Only when i tried to drop it in the winter.

Sometimes one of the header bows does not retract rearward properly. This is especially common in the cold since the material is less flexible. Check and see if this is your problem.

I also have this problem. Raising and lowering the top a few times will make it go down all the way. It seems to only happen when the temperature has dropped a bit.
