Smile convertible top problem

so, i was driving top down to go eat dinner and when i parked i raised the top, but did not latch it. i did not latch it bc i was planning on driving to down after dinner. But, after we ate dinner, the temperature dropped a significant amount and it became really windy. so, i get back in the car witout evening thinking about putting the top down, so i dont check the latch. i have my music on rather loud and i drive off.
next thing i know there is a huge gust of wind coming into the cabin and it scared the shit outta me. i realized what happend... the top was forced up by the wind since the latch was not secured. i am cursing at myself for being so damn stupid and i pull into a parking lot. i try to put the top down, but it wont go all the way down like it used to. i have to grab it and force it down for it to go back to its original position. also, when i put it down it seems like it moves a little it differently.

what should i do?

Sounds more like a stretched skeleton bar or so to me, that depends on how far it stretched when that wind blew in.

That's what it sounds like to me, the convertible top is made out of many joints, elbows, screw, bolts, etc. Something definitely stretched, it's not like a ecu or computer where you can hook up a scanner to and read what's going on. It's more of a find and fix type of deal .

Probably, if it still closes and hook up then it's not that bad unless you say it is. Pics might help us all help a bit better.
