Is this a coolant hose?

Is this hose next to the oil filter for running coolant? One end of the hose goes to the base of the oil filter.

Yes it's for coolant.

It’s for the oem oil cooler and yes it’s coolent. It uses coolent to cool the oil and to warm up the oil faster.
