Default Crank no start

I have been battling with my '00 S2000 for around a month now, and I am close to giving up. My car was running fine then stalled out randomly while driving in regular traffic, for the past month I have been trying everything to get it running again, I did the fuel pump, cleaned injectors, new spark plugs, new coil packs, crankshaft position sensors, alternator, checked the battery, and about a week and a half ago I thought I narrowed it down to it being a wiring or ecu issue. I took my car to Honda for them to confirm or deny the issue I thought it was, and they claimed it was the ECU and main relay, which I suspected. After replacing the ecu with a known working one and the main relay with a brand new honda genuine relay it still doesnt start, it will crank and crank, I smell fuel, I hear the pump priming, but the car will not start, sometimes its almost like it wants to and fires a few times but dies, I am at a dead end now on what to do next and I wanted to come onto here and ask for recomendations on the next course of action. Also, when I crank the car has a weird noise where it sounds like it's dying at the end, I wanted to know if that's normal.

The worst thing to do is start changing parts without first doing some simple diagnostics. In the end, you may have created another problem that will hide the original problem.

Step one: key on, what is the status of the check engine light, and the green key light?

Thank you for the advice. When the key is on, the green key on the dashboard disappears because I have had the immobilizer reprogrammed.
