crank pulley key

Default crank pulley key

i was removing my stock crank pulley to put on the comptech one and i cant get the pulley key back in.... it looks like the where the pulley sits isnt lined up with something by a MM..i dont know how to get it to line up again...i was searching around...i dont know if i took off the pulley when it was at TDC i just took it off whereever it was at =(

doesn't the pulley have a keyway or something and can only go on in one position? can't remember what the service manual said but the bolt is supposed to be lubed by oil, is the pulley also?
