The problem was toe, guys. Neb is now aligned properly. NTB has the Hunter equipment and the printout shows me that the car was off.

I'll venture to say that Neb probably came this way from the dealer.

We'll see what the numbers look like at the end of this driving season.

Best wishes all, and thanks for the input!

Right on, Bob. Seems kind of hit or miss. There's another thread in the talk forum about the same thing.

Honda's amazing though, I had a Prelude in the late '80s, and a friend of mine bought one too. We had exactly the same things go wrong with the car at exactly the same times. It was spooky. One thing they've learned on their mass-produced cars is consistency. I think the "hand made" nature of our cars from Takanezawa makes for some differences among the cars.

The "cupping" or "feathering" so common on S2000s is not always due to poor alignment set ups. No matter what tire you run or how perfect your alignment is...you will always encounter some degree of cupping because you cannot rotate the tires on this vehicle. Many cars have this problem that utilize different size tires on the front and rear of the vehicle. However, most tires will not last more than 15k miles on the S2000, so most of the time, by the time the cupping sets in...it's almost time to replace the tires anyway. Hope this helps!
