It should be interesting to see dyno figures for the MG Racing stuff(header and exhaust)... from what I understand, the pricing should be pretty low on these as well correct?

Yes, I'm eagerly waiting for the numbers to come out on Giampiero's setup. It would be quite a coup if less than $1500 can get the same amount of gains as a Mugen setup ($2800) or Spoon's setup (~$2300). I would love to get a set if it's as quiet as the Mugen exhaust w/o droning that hurts my ears.

Prolene, does the Mugen exahust/header combo make the VTEC transition less noticeable?

I almost don't remember what the car was like stock, but I'd have to say yes. I still feel vtec surge but the power below vtec is so much better with all the "changes" I have done that the transition is less abrupt.

What we have found is that most mods will help in the bottom/mid range. If we test with my car and a stock one from, lets say 15-20 Mph, mine will pull harder but then after we are all the time in the upper rev range throughout the whole pass we are almost even with a slight edge going to the mod car.

The mods really come in handy for soloX and road racing were you have to slowdown and rev the engine again. But for drag racing once you start shifting at redline there's little difference between stock and modded cars.
