The original thread was more of a question of which system makes the most power available overall? And does anyone know about how much power does replacing/removing the cat free up?

what about the spoon header and exhaust combo? does anyone have it? do you guys think that it will equal mugens performace gains? i have heard from many people that a single exhaust is much better for the s2k. also is the spoon setup cheaper than the mugen one?
