Sorry... by definition there are two types of intake charge coolers:

Air / Air - like mine... air to cool the fins in the "intercooler"

Air / Water - like this one... uses water / coolant mix to cool the charge

For additional info, I'll let YS speak of the details.

good luck with the Dyno.

Did you test your car in the dyno with the original Comptech?

to make more "equal" the comparission it should be runned both system in the same car

I have no doubt that you are going to beat comptech kit,

Did you ask for a job at Comptech?

Pete,
Most amazing thing I've seen, my friend!

I wish you best of luck when you put down some insane hp at the wheel!

Are you eventually going to upgrade management unit and ditch VAFC? I want to check out your setting in person since the photo just doesn't do justice.

You are definitely one of the most valuable member here and you are going to help out so many people who have Comptech and make them so much happier.

Now we just need to put our heads together for some good engine management that won't cost an arm and a leg.

I wished you've gotten your car earlier and done this thing earlier, it would've saved me tons of money and headache from doing what I've done.

You are incredible my friend!
