check all the mounting points for the control arms and ect. make sure its the arms that are bent and not the mounting locations.

start measuring things from side to side to see if you can come up with anything out of the ordinary.

Pull the parts off and compare them to each other. Its hard to tell if the LCA is bent, but it doesn't look like it to me.

The LCA definitely looks bent, to me. I can't really tell anything about the knuckle, though. I'd start by just replacing the LCA and taking it in for an alignment. If they can't get it to OEM specs, then you know you still have work to do.

I did the same thing in my Integra and ended up tweaking the frame.. I replaced the upper and lower control arms and it still wasn't perfect.

And to the OP, you could probably buy used suspension components from a part out. Check the For Sale forum. Probably no need to waste money on a rack yet... you bent parts.

LCA looks bent to me also but maybe its the angle of the picture
