Default Dash Brake light indicator issue/DRL problem

So I just got a new to me 2007 S2000. I have a quick question with Daytime Running lights. I did not want them on so I pulled the fuse labeled DRL. Ok, so the daytime lights are now off, as I wanted. I expected to get the DRL light on the dash, but I didn't Although now the BRAKE light indicator is lit up, regardless if Ebrake is up or down. If I put the fuse back there is no change. The DRL's stay off either way and the BRAKE indicator is stuck on. I searched but didn't find and answer for this one. Anyone hve a clue?>

That can come on when you're low on brake fluid. Check that and at the same time inspect your pads.

I figured it out. Wasn't an issue with the pads or fluid. Seemed like a glitch with the DRL/Ebrake/Top button. Once I tried to put the top up the Brake light went away and I was able to correct the DRL issue as well
