Default Did leakdown test

Mods if this is the wrong place to post then feel free to move.

Ok me and my friend did a leakdown test on sunday afternoon and here are the results.

#1: 4% @100psi

#2: 3% @100psi

#3: 2% @100psi

#4: 6% @100psi

We noticed that my number 4 cylinder's spark plug didnt look as good as the rest plus the lower % number. I know that anything 10% and lower is good but is the higher # plus rougher looking plug an indication that my number 4 cylinder may gimme problems in the future? I know that replacement of the oil jet bolts is reccomended to help lubricate all the cylinders and that #4 is the one that usually ends up with a scarred cylinder wall when the crap hits the fan as far as oil jet bolt related problems (correct me if Im wrong but I think thats right). Or am I being paranoid?

Thanks for the time

Most 02's have the new oil jet bolts. Even so, unless you are doing extented periods of WOT they are a must have mod. That's why the recall was only in Europe.

Keep the oil level in check, and try to be less paranoid.

Thanks. My motor code is alot older than when they started to put in the newer bolts so Im pretty sure they're the old ones. I'll try to stop being crazy about the car but it can be soo hard sometimes

Thanks Slow.

They're plenty of 00-01 cars that have been driven hard with the original oil jet bolts. If it makes you sleep better at night go yank the oil pan off to change them.
