Thumbs up Diff cleaning Question....

Hey I was wondering what was the best way to clean the inside of a differential, It was open without the case and on my attempts to fix my striped bolt hole, I'm pretty sure some little aluminium pieces got in it...the diff is sitting on the part that connects to the driveshaft and all the fluid that was left after the drain is at the bottom, behind the gears. Is there something I can use to flush the whole thing inside? Thanks..

Squirt varsol or other parts cleaning solvent in there. Make sure you get all the solvent out before you put the thing back together.
