Send it to me here in the US and I will build it for you for free to help you out. If it needs bearings that will cost you and shipping back will cost you too.

As for oil to use, use a GL5 hypoid gear oil 75/140 or 80/90

I'm at a loss for words PuddyDad...that would be amazing. To get this kind of good will after only just joining the site is incredible - and won't be forgotten.

I'll see if I can eliminate everything else as a source of the noise first, before I take my car off the road for however many weeks the return trip will take.

The first rebuild - new seals and bearings.
Second rebuild - new seals only (apparently bearings looked 'fine').

I try to help out members when I can with bad luck situations such as yours or have spent all there money on a advertised “good” used rear to find out that they ended up with junk...

Shipping is pretty fast, about a week each way and a week or so to build. I maybe able to cover the bearings too if the rear needs them.
If you still have the Kazz LSD I can reset the lockup so it is a more street friendly unit. You can sell the Kazz LSD to offset your shipping cost on the rear I rebuild for you.

Good luck with finding the source of the noise in your car
