I tried my GM dealer yesterday. I figured since they did all the Corvette Z06 stuff that they would have the best fluid around. He told me he hadn't even heard of GM Synchromesh Friction Modified.
Or just use Honda MTF.
It says "GM SYNCHROMESH TRANSMISSION FLUID is a semi-synthetic lubricant for use in 1500 transmissions. It is highly friction modified to reduce transmission component wear."
Alright...In it goes, thanks for the help mike and xviper. Otherwise my car would have been another victim of poor maintenance. I also have the LE 607 Almasol on the way. I will spare no expense.
