the spec on both plugs is 33 lb-ft, but as mentioned in the original FAQ, you'll probably have a difficult time fitting your torque wrench and socket between the diff and the beam you see in the pics to remove/replace the fill plug. Because of this, I just use a regular wrench, and tighten the plug with the same force as I did the drain plug. This is not a critical bolt, so better to under tighten, then if it leaks, give it a bit more.
As an aside, there are adapters I have seen that should let you torque the fill bolt. They are like a 2" extension that snap onto the wrench. You do have to manually recalculate the torque because of the change in overall length though.
I just use a regular wrench(which was not easy to find in this unusual size BTW).
