has anyone used a limited slip additive when changin the fluid? or just used straight fluid...

my friend recommended a LSD additive, him being a chevy guy with experience with LSD
Additive is used in units with clutches like the Chevy but is not needed in the Torsen unit we have.

I think the discussion here is about the rear diff. What you describe is for the tranny.

Wheels, Wings and motor oil. No other S2000 additives will send owners scurrying quicker for their shields and swords.
M1, Redline, Royal Purple, Amsoil, etc. Any of these products will work fine for your automobile providing the appropriate weight and/or classification is chosen. You're not going to send your S2000 to the graveyard picking any of these well-proven products. Let someone else experiment with the "new and improved" stuff and stick with the "big" names you can trust. Over time, other additions to the fluid club will be added but until then, I'd go with any of the above.

I used Mobil 1 75W-90 the first time I changed the fluid but plan on trying the Redline 75W-90 next time. I'll have to research the Motul fluid some more.

My comment had nothing to do with Endless. I was referring to internet driven
"home brewed" fluids that promise miracle lubricating qualities that find their way into a thread and take off like SARS.
