Default Difficutly engaging 1st gear and Reverse

Just about a week or so ago I changed my trans fluid using (GM synchromesh) followed the DIY to a "T" and was fairly easy. A few days ago I started to notice that it was difficult to engage 1st gear while at idle and it's difficult/almost impossible to engage reverse. I'm gonna switch the fluid again tomorrow to Honda MTF, I was wondering if anyone had any input or ideas to what the issue may be. All other gears are fine while driving and each gear pulls normally, the only issue is engaging 1st gear at idle and reverse.

The same exact thing happened to me. Check the Clutch Reservoir. Mine was completely drained. If not then its probably the Master Cylinder

This is most likely the issue. It is in the engine bay against the firewall on the driver side if your car is left hand drive.
