I got my V-AFC but damn, I don't know where to put it!! I think mounting it on top of the dash would be a bad idea for me (keeping in mind I park in some sketchy neighborhoods often). What a dilemma ...

If you can find an S2000 at a yard, you could get the wiring harness and ECU and make one from that. It would likely be prohibitively expensive, though. Check out http://www.hondata.com and http://www.jdmhondaparts.com, I believe they both offer adapters.

I can't get the "big connector" that's needed to complete the harness (the one on the ECU). I have a handful of the others and some of the pins. AMP unfortunately wants and order qty. of 500 before they will talk to you. Plus you need an account.

It runs around the steering wheel and down the side.

How about removing the sun visor on the driver's side and making a console to house the VAFC and two other Gauges? Would that be do-able

I think the thickness of the V-AFC is a problem. I think I may just go with a dash mount.

I'm in the process of removing my change holder behind the cup holder and mount it in there

So are you removing the change holder and also cutting some of the console in order to fit the dimensions? It looked like there wasn't too much room to work with so I figured there would be some significant cutting involved. Please take pics when you're done!
