Dipstick?
I find that checking the oil leaves a little oil at the top of the housing for the dipstick... that makes the O-ring oily and contributes to popping out.
After checking the oil, I use Q-tips sometimes to clean out the dipstick receptacle. A little bit of degreaser there and to clean the O-ring usually keeps enough friction to hold the Dipstick in place. Even with boost.

hmmmm, strange. how many miles do you have on the car? pretty sure the pcv valve on the 06 is screwed into the valve cover. its not a conventional/normal looking honda pcv valve. you might want to search it. good luck. keep us updated with what you find.
i did get a chance to see where the pcv valve is at on the 06 or what seems to be the pcv valve but your right it doesn't look like the conventional valves.

My '05 had this issue. The dealership replaced the dipstick as my preferred first option and it solved the issue. It's been fine for the last year or so.
it may just be the dipstick. bring it to the dealer. its a pretty far stretch to say your internals are shot with such low miles.
