How do I remove the tubes for the spark plugs on the head? My head is bad from a dropped valve so I'm trying to disassemble everything to recycle it for $$. Tried to twist and wiggle the tubes out but no luck!! Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

 

They are cemented and/or pressed in if I remember correctly. On previous Honda heads I've just used a cutting wheel to cut them off as close as I can for recycling. The only other thing that I can see working would be a high temp torch to heat up the head (expand the metal) and maybe they'll pull out then.
