DIY Spark Plug replacement(pics)
Your a rookie? no offense but i'd never follow these instructions esp when I hear about you pulling sparkplugs out of a hot cylinder head that's a huge no-no. The power drill to each his own but there's a thing called a torque wrench it's been created for a purpose. good luck with your S.
DO NOT EVER use Loctite!!!!
Using an anti-sieze lube like C-5A is ok, but even then use very little.
If you use Loctite, you will have major trouble removing the plugs again in the future.
I second the motion of not using any kind of power tool. You are screwing a steel threaded spark plug into an aluminum threaded hole. Aluminum is too soft to use any kind of power tool. Look up the torque specs and use a torque wrench. You run a major risk of galling the threads and possibly doing a lot of damage to the head.

If you look at the pictures, he had Loctite BRAND anti-seize. Not Loctite RED or BLUE.
Weren't the torque specs amended to 21ft*lbs after people had problems with spark plugs backing out of the head and destroying coils?
