I searched and couldn't find anything about this. But my driver side HID is brighter/flashes color. while my Pass. side looks white and dull. This is of course what i've noticed while driving the car. My friends all say that my driver side is all colorful while the pass. isn't.
The previous owner said he installed higher Kelvin blubs... but i don't know whats going on. If anyone has any ideas that would be great.

my brother has told me my lights look different colors at different times, but that's only because stock from the factory they're sort of angled a little bit different. there's a reason behind this but i can't really recall. i don't know if that has much to do with your situation.

 

I bet you have one stock bulb and one with the supposed higher Kelvin bulb. Just a thought. Check the bulbs.

By the name on the base of em. I believe Honda uses the Osram bulbs. Don't quote me on that though. Take em out and read the manufac. on the base of it.

 

b/4 you check the capsule, drive the car up to a wall and see if the cut-off line is even across. Your friend is probably seeing directly into the cut-off line on one of the headlights and for the other he is under the cut-off.
