Default Multiple/Randon Misfires

My car is an 05 with 12.5k miles on it, regular maitenance has been done to it and it bugs me to see a multiple misfire code. Lately i was able to hear a little rumbling, bumpy exhaust tone, like a misfire.. but i thought since i had replaced the cat with a t-pipe and a catback exhaust this could be normal. I know this misfire thing isn't too unusual on the S but is it common with such low miles? I checked all hoses and wires as well as connectors and went ahead and erased the codes. I got the car with 5k miles so i don't know what type of break in it was giving but could this have affected the valve adjustment enough to cause these misfires? Thanks

Since the vehicle is still under warrantee, I recommend that you take the car to the dealership. It is far more likely that the valve train is damaged than the valves simply falling outside of the specification range. You can verify the state of the spark plugs, but it would be a far better idea to get the car to a dealership, especially if there is a manufacturing flaw.

Yeah i tried wiggling all connectors and erased the codes at my local autozone but the codes came back up again and i could realy hear the misfire through the exhaust. But weirdly the car runs normal, as it always has been. I dont' think 05's have any recalls regarding the motor but lets see. I won't even try to diagnose this further i'll just take it in. Thanks

If at all possible, put your stock exhaust and t pipe back on. Honda seems to like to back out of warranty work if modifications are done to the vehicle. Even though they have no direct correlation with each other.

The CEL went away , every now and then i hear the rumbling out the exhaust but it could be it's natural sound. Could it have been poor gas?
