It doesn't work on US spec cars.

can anyone verify why US cars cant accept the air pump delete simulator?

after speaking with importers of japanese parts (n1, and a&j) they told me the only difference between the japanese S and the us counterpart is subtle things to the motor, etc.

for this reason they dont go out of their way to import anything for the car unless its the front headlights lol.

Can I ask what cell u guys get? I have no air pump and the only cel I get is p0135 and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. If I know it's from the pump I will get one but I haven't read anything on that being the possible cause

This has been discussed many many times before. The air pump delete kit was a huge can of fail. Here is a quote taken from the thread of that delete kit. I really hope most of the people on every airpump thread that pops up, and says there is a kit to delete it, reads this.

"We are deeply disappointed that we won't be able to fix the issue due to few reasons.
Our unit works ALL-region S2000 except US spec.(which means our unit works on Canadian spec)"

So there is no way to get rid of the CEL for the airpump unless you get an EMS. Its not worth removing it, just replace it if its broken and dont want the CEL. I got a used one for $60 shipped on here. Dont waste your time, just buy a new pump unless you have an EMS!
