Default a drop in pressure

ok, I recently upgraded to a Tsunami external fuel pump. It's wired correctly and all the fuel lines are fine with no leaks. I have 2 FPR's, one is the Vortech unit and the other im not sure of the brand.

PROBLEM: the car idles fine, then when you try to drive the car it appears to quickly lose pressure or w/e and it shuts off. Funny thing is it then starts right up immediately after it quits. Anybody have any ideas what could be causing this. ANY info. or input would be greatly appreciated.

Jon

ok well.....maybe this will shed some light. This is for some reason gone from my car . After inspecting my car more intensively, i can't see why this was removed. The only thing I can seem to guess might be the cause is my mechanic was gonna install my catch can, which is M.I.A., just like him Sorry but im not the brightest mechanical mind, and im trying to fix this myself. On that note, what is this for.....

I do believe that is the cruise control unit. That would really have no effect on fuel pressure. What is done to your car right now that you need two fpr for? I assume a supercharger for the vortech fpr but what else?
I know your not mechanicly inclined but why do you have two fpr's?

A fuel cel and a Tsunami pump were recently added to my car. I have had two FPR's even when i had a factory gas tank and oem fuel pump. Im guessing they are there because of the bigger pump im using now. I tried running the car off of just one. The car was idleing really sluggish and bad off of the vortech unit. The other FPR seemed to work fine, but like i said, one i begin to drive the car it seems to misfire and then quits.

I figured that the was the cruise control unit, but i was hoping it wasn't, cause now im back to having no idea why the car is running the way it is

Thanks man

Well, the car seems to be running just fine now that it's only on one FPR (the vortech unit). Not sure if i fixed the problem or not, but does anyone know if (other than the Vortech unit) theres a FPR right on the fuel rail for the return line???
