You had the car dynoed stock as well? HKS exhaust has been shown to hinder power. DC Power header..... maybe not so good as well.

Your final ratio might also be the cause. What gear were you using? Stock, you should be in 3rd gear but with final ratio, I would think you should use 4th gear.

Gear I do not know, because Dyno' guys do not allow to entre the room where the car is tested.

4,44 gear is sopposed to lose 2%, but what about the race against the stock 2000, MY2001, we were even I and I had a shoter final ratio

DC header is your main power lost. I have seen many member have lost power with that header.

Plus, I suggest you to get a VAFC and dyno tune the car at the same time. This way, you may might make up some of the power or possibly gain.

you will not loose or gain any power with the dc headers and HKS exhaust, especially not 30HP... I am assuming that you used an engine dyno and not a chasis dyno since you did mention at flywheel numbers.
I would first check that you cylinder compression is even in all 4 cylinders.....

Ok, why do you say you lost 30hp if you've never dynoed it before. Is this because the car is rated at 240hp? If that is the case, the 240hp rating is at the crank, not the tires. Stock cars dyno at the tires from 185ish to 205ish.
