i'm wondering if any AP2 owners in the US can check their headlights and tail lights to see if there is a European "E-approval" mark on their units. It should say a code between E1 and E13, in a circle marked on the outside.

Reason is im taking my s2k from the UK to Germany and need to switch the lights from RHD to LHD. German tests will only pass the lights with an E mark,. But lights in USA are a lot cheaper to buy than over here.

Checking on eBay I spotted some USDM tail lights with an E11 mark, but I just want to be sure. But I haven't seen any clear pics of USDM headlights with the mark.

I would buy local. US is not under REACH, RoHS, or any other of the other EU initiative. Did not check my car.....to busy working on the next Directive....conflict minerals.
