Default ebay cold air intake

Bought this CAI: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=390628862795

Instruction is quite useless. Doesn't seem like it fit. Looks like I'll need to improvise a bit to make it fit (buy extra tubes, make a bracket... etc.)
Just wondering if anyone else bought/installed the same cool air intake before and could give me some suggestion/advice/instruction, or even pictures.

Thank you

I would replace the filter with a K&N or AEM Dryflow

People have bought the ebay intakes and they seemed to not have any problems with it. What problem are you having with the fitment? I believe it's an AEM/INJEN type copy so you should go to the AEM website and download the instructions and follow that. The intake is very easy to install. Goes down below and behind the radiator and to the passenger side fender well.
I was going to buy this also, mostly for the sound. Let me know how it goes.

shouldn't of bought an ebay intake if you were worried about fitment and instructions, aem v2's are going for around 275$ now, other brands are cheaper or of same value.

Looks like I'll have to take off the front bumper to fit the air filter in. Also, I'll need to buy/create a bracket to secure the upper pipe. And I'll also need to get some rubber tubes too... The ones that came in the package just doesn't fit well... I might need to cut plastic too (looks like it's the same for AEM intake?)

Just wondering if someone else had an experience with the same air intake could share some experience.

I know it's only a couple hundred difference, but I am cheap and I want to save the money for some cosmetic enhancement.

you dont need to secure the upperpipe, its stuck with the couplers off the Throttle body and pipe connection, the second pipe is connected to the chassis
