Default ECU/Engine Check Light

Any draw backs to reseting the ECU/Engine Check Light myself...I got the instructions on FAQ...but worried that I may cause more harm than good if I reset it myself?

I recently had my Radiator/AC Unit replaced and the engine check light is now on.

I've been running without the fuse for months. No Harm in resettin it yourself. Almost every procedure in the helms requires the mechanic to reset the ecu....Go Crazy.

Oh by the way....check the obd code before ya reset it....it might be because of the replacement it might be something else.......i put my fuse back ever few weeks and do a cycle or two or three then i check to see if i have any pending codes. You can get a free scan at like autozone and some shops...or buy an obd2 scanner 140 bucks and read your codes...mine is universal and reads all obd2 cars Great tool. A must have if your into modding
