Working on an 02 model that had a short in the ECU, we swapped another 02 ECU in at the Honda dealer and the CEL & EPS lights stay on though no codes register when scanning (even for dealer scanning). Any tips or ideas? In the past, when trying to determine if the original ECU was the root of the problem, we swapped ECUs with another local AP1 and didn't get these lights. Thanks in advace!
