So what do they use to retard the timing under boost?

I have the same problem w/ my no2 set up. I keep getting conflicting info on how to just simply retard the timing. Please someone give my the right answer. If it takes a $1500. computer to do this I'll sell the damn thing. Any one want to take over a lease; $440 / month and maybe some extra incentive on my part. 2300ml on the car, 1.5 months old.

What a joke. I just called Greddy to find out what the status is with the ignition fix and they said that the E-manage does not work with the S2000 at all. Nothing works, Fuel, VTEC, or Ignition.

I'm in a debate to either save the money and get an E-manage that will give me good fuel tuning or spend the money and get the EMS. I just don't see the additional costs of the EMS being necessary when most of the tuning people will do is with the fuel. Any thoughts?

The big issue with the EMS is tuning. Everything is adjustable so it makes it very hard to get a good map. The EMS forum is littered with dead S2000s.

If there were some good basic maps you could get and do minor tweaking to to make them fit your car it would be great, but at the relatively low boost we are able to run an EMS is overkill.

The Greddy emanage is a great system. Its not as archaic as an FMU and not as complex as the EMS. Timing is nice to control and we may have that option in the future but the fuel control capability is amazing
