Default Emange install question

When wiring the emange up I noticed from previous diagrams that a lot of ppl are using B1 for 12v switched power and B10 for the ground.

Since I am not using a Frog harness - hard wiring straight to the ECM harness, can I just use the fuse box for the switched power and the ground? It would be less wires that I nees to splice into in the harness. Thanks!

Oh and is everyone still pulling fuse 25 for the emanage or was that just a urban legend?

You should be fine using switch and direct power from the fuse box.

That really depends on your set up. If you are modifying mid-range parameters a long way from what the ECU expects then it will try to tune them out. That's why you need it to reset frequently.

But if most of your changes are top end or mild then you don't need to remove the fuse.
