EMS calibration issues
I've stumbled across a problem with my ems2. I bought a sos s/c kit used and it was tuned on a 05 just the same as mine. The tune was pretty good, but it didn't like to idle when warm. I used it sparingly after the install to make sure everything worked. Well, I went to install my sos map sensor (the previous owner was on the stock sensor) and change the values. I saved the old map before I changed anything just in case the car didn't like the new sensor before I got it dyno tuned. Turns out the car idled worse with the sos map sensor on the previous owners tune. I reinstall the factory map sensor and upload the original tune to get the map values back. Now the car runs extremely rich. So rich that my a/f is pegged at 10 (can't go any lower) and my plugs fouled out just from idling. Any ideas what might be going on? I cleared the calibration and loaded the original several times with still no go. Maybe I saved the original wrong somehow?

Compare the breakpoints between the two maps. When you change map sensors, the breakpoints also change which affects your tune. See this post by user Wadzii https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/875...t__p__20701137
