Engine bog at idle

If anyone has a multimeter hook it up to your battery and when you car is running I think you're supposed to read 14 volts, use your ac on full blast and see how much it drops.

Search ebay and I see am oem shell re-manufactured one for close to 275 shipped... with 170 amps

I cleaned my iacv 2 times before I decided to replace it, it rattled fine and the car had about 45k miles at the time, but after I replaced it I did notice a difference in that the idle was constant between 800 and 1k rpm. Just my .02 C.
