Default Engine Check light/ and Vibrating

Hey guys i have an 07 s2000, and love the car.. ive had it for about over 3 years now. Recently I've been on the freeway and after 65mph my back and car starts to rattle and vibrate i dunno why. Also sometimes when i hit vtec and I'm redlining the car, the engine check light will flash fast about 3 times and then it will go away. Its very weird i have no idea what the problem might be. Now recently i did put back on my stock exhaust and deleted my cat, so right now I'm running a test pipe all the way out, would that be the reason?

Get your wheels balanced first. If that doesn't solve the vibration you have loose or worn rear suspension. Why would you want to redline it in the first place?

I always thought a blinking CEL= shut down engine pronto

...Um...and not to be a peckerhead, but this isn't a CWL (Check Wheels Light)...its something going wrong with the motor. Pull the code while its still available to be read.

A flashing check eng light should be picking up a cylinder misfire. I would check for dtc's. If your car is lowered my assumption for the vibration would be: tire balance, tires worn uneven (alignment), or getting sideways too much and wearing the tires excessicely. Or if you car sits alot, possibly flat spots.
