Default Engine noise problem.

Hi Guys,

i started my s2k engine week ago and i noticed there's a noise coming from head/exhaust and it started to go higher and conistant now ,it's very noisy,i thought i had bad valve adjustment so i adjusted them(they werent really off the spec, then installed the valve cover back and still have the noise. now i am worried about my rod bearings i never heared such a sound,i replaced the oil it seemed fine, the car had little oil loss(less than 1 quart) and i cut the oil filter and there was no diposetes.
the sound is noticable at idle and part throttle cruise up to 4000 rpm, after that you cant hear it,but the engine sound is not smooth as it should, also car performance is not reponsive as old times.

i took a video for it hoping someone can understand my problem and help.

Thanks in advance.

sounds like an exhaust leak. possible crack in the header. That would explain the power loss also.

Aftermarket header bolts usually need retorqued/tightened periodically. I would start there.
